Congratulations to the Emory authors and editors of books published in 2018, celebrated at the annual Feast of Words, held this year on February 11, 2019, in the Jones Room of the Woodruff Library.

  • This year’s list totals 111 books.
  • A total of 101 individual faculty authors and/or volume editors are represented.
  • Sixteen individual faculty members had multiple titles published in 2018.
  • There are 56 single-author books.
  • There are 15 multi-author books.
  • There are 27 edited volumes.
  • Nine titles on the list are either academic translations of works by others or translations of works by our faculty into other languages.
  • Arts & Sciences faculty are represented on the list 54 times.
  • The School of Medicine faculty are represented 23.
