  • grants.gov Comprehensive database of federal funding sources, application portal, and application tracking.
  • Info-ready Emory maintains a subscription. Login with your Emory ID. Especially useful for limited submission opportunities.
  • Foundation Directory A directory of US grantmakers and their philanthropic activities. Profiles private foundations plus inside looks at the grants they've actually made. Emory maintains a subscription to this database. Login through the Emory gateway at this link.
  • GrantForward A funding opportunity database and recommendation service targeted to academic researchers. Emory maintains a subscription to this database. Create your free account by using your Emory email address at this link.
  • Duke University Research Funding On-line database of funding opportunities for research. Limited open access
  • GuideStar Nonprofit organization database. A basic search is free.

The Office of Corporate Relations and the Office of Foundation Relations have teamed up to create this resource site to provide a curated list of current funding opportunities and other resources. This site will help promote connections between Emory colleagues and corporate/foundation partners.

Use these services to have customized alerts for relevant opportunities sent to your email.

Foundation Center RFP Bulletin Receive weekly e-mails of private foundation opportunities in your areas of interest. Enter your e-mail in the Subscribe box under the navigation menu.

Registered users can also subscribe to specialized newsletters including Arts Funding Watch, Education Funding Watch, and Health Funding Watch. RSS Feed services also available.

Robert Wood Johnson Foundation E-mail Services for Grants Issued whenever the Foundation posts a new funding opportunity in the interest area(s) of your choice. RWJF is a private foundation devoted to improving health and health care, and supports training, education, research and projects that demonstrate effective ways to deliver health services, especially for the most vulnerable among us.
